  • An internship and leadership program for Masorti youth educators, provided by NOAM Olami and Onward Israel.

Enrich your leadership skills and Jewish knowledge while connecting with your peers from all over the world.
Develop your professional future and enrich your resume through a high-level internship.
Experience day-to-day life in Jerusalem, working and living as locals.

The program is designed for Masorti youth leaders from all over the world. It offers a combination of a six-week professional internship together with educational programs and NOAM staff training.

Expand your professional experience with 4 days a week of internship, in a wide variety of fields and positions. On the fifth day and two evenings of the week, you will participate in programs that will enrich your Jewish knowledge and improve your leadership skills, giving you a stronger basis from which to contribute to your youth movements back home.

Experiencing the program together with youth leaders from all over the world, you will form lasting relationships, which will create a supportive global community, a 'home’ for exchanging materials, knowledge, and experiences.

The internships will take place in Jerusalem and provide a comprehensive work experience, enabling each participant to experience another dimension of life in Israel, engaging with their Israeli peers both socially and professionally.
